Parlaiment Hill Bootcamp is back for its 3 consecutive summer of FREE workouts on the hill!

Mia St-Aubin and her team are elated to be back on hill bigger and better than ever. The 45 minute body weight bootcamp style workout series is being offered again and the team looks forward to celebrating Canada’s 150th birthday in style. The team is once again inviting the Ottawa community to a free 45 minute boot camp on Parliament Hill every Thursday this summer, from May 25th to September 15th.

4 straight months of free workouts on the hill with some of Ottawa’s best fitness professionals. This year the team is taking it up a notch with official sponsors Sports 4 and New Balance Ottawa, continuing with PH Bootcamp's mission to collaborate with local, likeminded businesses in the community.

All about making fitness FUN Jim Macfarlane, owner of Sports 4 and New Balance Ottawa says “Sports 4 is excited to be sponsoring the Parliament Hill Bootcamp series! Great people and a super fun workout! See you on the hill!”

With over 1,000 participants last summer, the 2017 PH Bootcamp team is more than ready for that number to double with all the festivities in the city taking place this summer and promises to deliver an unforgettable workout series.
