With Coach Ian Fraser (cyclelogik.com) at the helm, using over 20 years of coaching and racing experience to keep you on pace and teacher (and runner) extraordinaire Bernadette Kane focusing on your recovery, we’ll toot our own horn and tell you, this program is the best around.
Join us each Wednesday at Preston for an 8 week series meant to improve performance, prevent injuries and make your running experience more comfortable and enjoyable.
