Throughout October take the opportunity to participate in three immune boosting workshops designed to keep you healthy for the coming winter.

The session one (October 12, 2017):

Receive an immune build tonic. It is suggested you take the tonic while attending the workshops.

Discover how the herbs in the tonic support your health.

Learn about how your immune system works, including how it affects your mind and how your mind affects the immune system.

The session two (October 20, 2017):

Receive a herbal tea that is formulated to help your body overcome viral infections.

Discover how the herbs in your tea support your health.

Experience an immune-boosting meditation that you can practice at home.

The session three (October 27, 2017):

Receive recipes for easy and delicious immune boosting foods.
Learn how these foods support your health.

During each session, you will have the opportunity to ask questions about the medicine being offered.

Please note: these are interactive workshops.

The workshops will be facilitated by Abrah Arneson, CHT. RH (Clinical Herbal Therapist, Registered Herbalist.)

Cost including herbal tonic, tea and recipes is $96.00 (plus tax)
