Join Pam for a refreshing and relaxing Yang Yin yoga class incorporating the ancient healing principles of Reiki.

We will move through a short all-levels hatha yoga flow, followed by a series of chakra balancing long-held yin postures.

Pam believes that we all have the innate power to increase our own internal vibration and with intention, we can bring in universal positive energy to elevate our individual health and happiness.

By incorporating the laying of your own hands on your body, you will open the chakras or energy centres along the spine from the root to the crown, dissolving energy blocks and promoting a natural balance between mind, body, and spirit.

Each individual will receive Reiki from Pam during the course of the workshop. Please bring layers, water, and a journal, if you wish.

Maximum number of participants is 16 students.
Please register here («Find Tickets»), by calling PranaShanti at 613-761-9642 (YOGA), or in the studio to guarantee your spot!

I look forward to seeing you there!
<3 Pam
