WOTL Shieldmaiden Training II is an extension of Shieldmaiden Training I, and is open to all RETURNING Shieldmaidens who have successfully completed Shieldmaiden Training I.

Classes are dedicated to helping women connect with their warrior spirit – an aspect of their nature that transcends all culture, history and time. By learning to wield a sword and shield, both figuratively as extensions of their spirit and literally as means to physically defend and protect themselves, we help people tap into their primal forces, unleashing a great source of strength from which to overcome obstacles and protect what is important to them.

Over the course of the 7 weeks, each Shieldmaiden will continue to further connect with their inner shield maiden spirit, allowing themselves to stretch their comfort zones — physically, mentally, spiritually & emotionally — as full-spectrum «warriors», expanding those energies in every aspect of their modern day lives today.

**THIS CLASS IS ONLY OPEN TO RETURNING PARTICIPANTS WHO HAVE TAKEN OUR SHIELDMAIDEN I TRAINING**
