This is no ordinary bootcamp because this program is designed to take your yoga to the next level. Using the foundation of Ashtanga yoga Katie has sequenced 3 unique practices each week. Each week will get deeper into our bodies and minds as we breath, move and mediate together first thing in the morning.
Monday's- Ashtanga Practice
Wednesday's- Asana & Meditation Practice
Friday's- Inner Power

We are planning our 3 day Freshii juice cleanse to start on Wednesday January 31- Feb 2nd. This is Wednesday-Friday. You will pick up your cleanse 9 juices and 3 salads on Wednesday after you practice.
