RUMBLE: The Indians Who Rocked the World plays again with TIFF Canada Top Ten! This time is Ottawa at the National Gallery of Canada
Stretching back a century to Charley Patton, known as the “Father of the Delta Blues,” RUMBLE explores the often-unacknowledged history of musicians of First Nations descent. Featuring some startling revelations (and some seriously good music), director Catherine Bainbridge and co-director Alfonso Maiorana have created a remarkable documentary that touches on the lives of many extraordinary musicians, including Robbie Robertson, Buffy Sainte-Marie and John Trudell.
