What: Happiness on the Hill is a movement to bring greater happiness, love, and community to the city of Ottawa and globally through accessible meditation and mindfulness events.
Where: Parliament Hill
When: every Monday from 12-1pm on Parliament Hill starting May 28th and ending September 24th, 2018

WHAT TO BRING:
While it is not necessary to bring anything you may wish to have something comfortable to sit on such as a yoga mat, a towel, sweater or jacket.
